You Don’t Have to Travel Far to Go Deep
Have you been wanting to attend a journey, but the logistics never seem to line up?
This online journey was created for you.
Radical Self Love: Turning Toward Shame is a transformational online healing journey designed to help participants explore shame with compassion, courage, and community — all from the comfort of home.
This is not a workshop or professional training.
This is a journey we are all taking together.
Prerequisite
Participants are expected to have a working knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS) prior to enrolling. Formal training or certification in IFS is not required; however, a basic understanding of core concepts—such as parts, Self, and the principles of self-leadership—is necessary to fully benefit from this offering.
